Candy and I will be two of the vendors at the Orange Muffin Festival at Plymouth Village. I’m sorry the picture is tiny but the house is beautiful from the outside and a pleasure to walk past when we take the dog for a walk in that direction.

I will be taking my silk purses, created by recycling men’s silk ties, a few of which are vintage, and decorating them with beads; felted bags; a couple of batik lap throws; some of my new knitted wire and bead jewelry and hopefully some button bracelets which I am starting to make. I have the buttons and the bracelet blanks – now they have to be compiled. In the mean time there are the lap throws to make. I found some lovely batiks and some soft flannel for the backs.

I am making raggy throws without any batting in them. In Redlands they are just enough on a cool evening watching TV, or sitting outside and feeling a little chilly.

I made a try at making orange muffins the other day – can’t wait to taste theirs!
