Treasures in a Another Garden

April 30, 2010

The show day is here, the EZ-up and table are already set up at 108, Barnett Dr, Riverside, CA, just off Watkins. I’m gathering up the last of my bits to take with me for this 2 days show and realized that once again, it was almost midnight and NO photos of the plethora of new bracelets. I’ve worked hard this week and managed to produce 22  button bracelets… Thankfully Serendipity Sales on ebay mailed the bracelet blanks to me on Monday and they arrived Wednesday – great service.

So here are the new bracelets

These are the vintage mother of pearl bracelets with either, Tundra Sapphires, garnets, rubies, or freshwater pearls. Sadly the navy blue sapphire beads I had were too big. The butterflies are modern shell but the colour went perfectly with the vintage buttons. Its so hard to photograph these last thing at night and get the light right – I’m sorry.

IMG_1582 Ooh there are some fun buttons in this group of bracelets – some came from Korea – the brown and green ones (via Ebay again) with assorted coloured freshwater pearls and some rhinestones.

Yes more bracelets, although some buttons are the same the composition  is different.

IMG_1584Sorry about the quality of this one but there is no time to retake it… but these are the last three. I love the brightly coloured  ones and they have beads threaded through them.

have a good weekend everyone – hope you like the bracelets Fay and a safe journey home to my sister on Sunday – finally she can catch a plane back to the UK after an extended two week stay with her friend Linda.
